Manufactured with LQFP48 sealing, GL817 is offered with cutting edge USB 2.0 interface at low power consumption and low cost to enhance competitiveness.

GL817 supports a wide variety of standard memory card interfaces such as Memory Stick™(MS), Secure Digital™(SD) and Multi Media Card™(MMC). Additionally, GL811E (USB 2.0 to ATA/ATAPI Bridge Controller), another novel product from Genesys Logic, has just passed USB-IF certification. It is compatible with GL811 series and supports UDMA high-speed data transfer to provide a perfect solution for external storage devices (HDD and CD-ROM) at higher speed data transfer.
